Completion requirements
For every reviewer in one workflow — human or AI — state three things:
- what they may block
- what they may only flag
- what happens when they are wrong
Do this before anyone fails. Afterward it is a negotiation.
400–700 words · about 45–60 minutes.
How you will be graded — aim for Proficient.
| 1 · Emerging | Reviewers listed with no authority distinctions. |
| 2 · Developing | Block and flag distinguished, but nothing stated about being wrong. |
| 3 · Proficient — target | Every reviewer covered — human or AI. For each: what they may block, what they may only flag, and what happens when they are wrong. |
| 4 · Exemplary | Also finds a reviewer whose judgment nothing downstream actually depends on, and says whether that is correct. |
