1 · Emerging	A general observation about AI or process. No specific instance from your own work.
2 · Developing	A real instance named, but described the way it would appear in a status report.
3 · Proficient — target	A real instance, named concretely, with what actually made it happen — the pressure, the shortcut, or the assumption underneath it.
4 · Exemplary	Also connects it to an earlier entry, or names what you will do differently and how you would know it worked.
