2.1 Build a context package
Completion requirements
Build a context package for one real workflow in your own organization. All four components: project rules, prior decisions, organizational standards, constraints.
Then do the part that matters: hand it to a colleague who does not do that work and ask them to act on it.
Report where they had to ask you something. Those gaps are the assessment — not the document.
package plus a 300–500 word report · about 90–120 minutes.
How you will be graded — aim for Proficient.
| 1 · Emerging | A description of the project. No prior decisions, no constraints. |
| 2 · Developing | All four components present but generic. Not tested on anyone. |
| 3 · Proficient — target | All four components present and specific to one real workflow. You actually handed it to a colleague. The gaps where they had to ask you something are reported honestly — those gaps are the assessment, not the document. |
| 4 · Exemplary | Also identifies tacit knowledge your organization depends on that has never been written down, and drafts the first articulation of it. |
