Participation. Post at least one position of your own, and respond substantively to at least two peers — past or present. Threads from earlier cohorts are fair game and often the most useful.

What counts as a response. A reply should advance, challenge, or complicate. Agreement alone is not a response — add evidence, name a condition under which the original claim fails, or take a different position and say why.

How we disagree here. Challenge the argument, never the person. Disagreement is the point of this room; disrespect is not. Assume your colleague is competent, experienced, and arguing in good faith — because they are. Aggressive, dismissive, or personal replies will be removed, and a well-made counter-argument is always more persuasive than a sharp one.

Confidentiality. Write about real situations, but anonymize your organization and omit anything you are not free to share. If in doubt, generalize.

Publication. Selected contributions may be invited for publication at drbill360.net, subject to editorial review and a confidentiality check. Publication is by invitation, not by request.
