Name one piece of tacit knowledge that AI work in your organization depends on and that currently exists only in someone's head.

Then say what it would take to externalize it — and why it has not been done.

Respond substantively to at least two peers, past or present. A response should advance, challenge, or complicate. Agreement alone is not a response.
