AI Operator — direct AI work you can defend: bounded, briefed, checked, and still true after you walk away. Using AI is easy. Being accountable for what it does on your behalf is the skill.

Four operating disciplines, each turned into a working artifact you can use in your own organization:

  • Scope — decide what the work may touch, and what it may not.
  • Context — give the work what it needs to act competently.
  • Approval — decide what evidence is enough before anything is accepted.
  • Warrant — keep the authority to act from quietly expiring. An approval written three months ago may no longer mean anything. You learn to write records that state when they stop being true, and to test whether they would actually be enforced.

AI Operator — Strategic Track adds Module 5: Strategic Alignment — proving that the AI work you govern actually produced value, to the people who control budgets.

Core gets an AI workflow running under control. This is where you justify it. You write a business case for a real initiative, propose measures that cannot be quietly gamed, evaluate a tool your organization already uses and record why it was chosen, build a stakeholder alignment plan, and teach one colleague to operate what you built. One assignment asks you to argue against the instructor’s own position, and to state in advance what result would show the decision was wrong. Includes everything in the Core track.

AI Operator — Operations turns governed AI work into an accountable operating capability.

AI Operator — Operations is the third stage of the AI Operator program, for people who must run human–agent work as an accountable operation: design it, secure where it runs, coordinate it, prove it works, and decide whether it should continue. Strategic Track completion is the prerequisite.

Five modules, one operating sequence: Design → Enable → Execute → Control → Deliver.

  • Module 6 · Design the human–agent operating system: mission, roles, authority, PEAR readiness, and when an operation may responsibly begin.
  • Module 7 · Enable: build and secure the work environment. Where work runs, under whose identity, what each actor may do, and how revocation is proved. Includes guided labs in a browser terminal, with nothing to install.
  • Module 8 · Execute: turn prompts into executable briefs, coordinate multiple agents through one shared record, and calculate span of control.
  • Module 9 · Control: operational tests, risk-tiered supervision, regression controls, and incident records.
  • Module 10 · Deliver: value-stream evidence, sponsor packs, transfer, and an honest ending: institutionalize, continue by exception, replace, or shut down.

Each module has a teaching book, three graded applications with rubrics, a discussion, a journal entry that builds on the last, and a knowledge check. The course ends in a capstone on institutionalization and transfer.
