AI Operator — Operations is the third stage of the AI Operator program, for people who must run human–agent work as an accountable operation: design it, secure where it runs, coordinate it, prove it works, and decide whether it should continue. Strategic Track completion is the prerequisite.
Five modules, one operating sequence: Design → Enable → Execute → Control → Deliver.
- Module 6 · Design the human–agent operating system: mission, roles, authority, PEAR readiness, and when an operation may responsibly begin.
- Module 7 · Enable: build and secure the work environment. Where work runs, under whose identity, what each actor may do, and how revocation is proved. Includes guided labs in a browser terminal, with nothing to install.
- Module 8 · Execute: turn prompts into executable briefs, coordinate multiple agents through one shared record, and calculate span of control.
- Module 9 · Control: operational tests, risk-tiered supervision, regression controls, and incident records.
- Module 10 · Deliver: value-stream evidence, sponsor packs, transfer, and an honest ending: institutionalize, continue by exception, replace, or shut down.
Each module has a teaching book, three graded applications with rubrics, a discussion, a journal entry that builds on the last, and a knowledge check. The course ends in a capstone on institutionalization and transfer.
