    This isn’t just another online course—it’s a practical, reflection-driven experience for professionals who want to coach more effectively, lead with intention, and grow from the inside out.

    Over five focused modules, you'll:

    • Learn actionable coaching frameworks like GROW, CLEAR, and OSKAR

    • Build self-awareness through guided reflection and journaling

    • Apply coaching in real-world contexts—personal or professional

    • If taking the course for executives and managers, look into the impact of coaching
    • Track your growth through competency-based progress

    Note: GROW (Goals, Reality, Options, and Will); CLEAR (Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action, Review); and OSKAR (Outcomes, Scaling, Know-how, Affirm, Review). 

    Here’s how to begin:

    1. Start with Module 1: Introduction to Coaching & The GROW Model

    2. Read the Chapter Book and watch the embedded video(s)

    3. Take the Module 1 Quiz (required)

    4. Submit your Journal Entry and engage in the Reflection Forum

    • Welcome to your coaching immersion experience! This course is designed to be completed over 4–5 days, combining structured book modules, interactive learning, self-reflection, and competency-aligned assessments.

    Learning Objectives:
    By the end of Module 1, you will be able to:

    1. Understand (Cognitive Level 2) the fundamental principles of coaching, distinguishing it clearly from mentoring and consulting.

    2. Apply (Cognitive Level 3, Psychomotor Precision) the GROW Model clearly and practically in real-life coaching scenarios.

    3. Value (Cognitive Level 3, Affective Domain: Valuing) reflective practice clearly by regularly engaging in self-assessment and reflection on your coaching interactions.

    Note Clearly: GROW stands for Goals, Reality, Options, and Will (willingness to commit to specific steps). To effectively achieve objectives #2 and #3, you must first reach at least Cognitive Level 2 ("Understand") as a prerequisite.

    Learning Objectives:
    By the end of Module 2, you will be able to:

    1. Understand (Cognitive Level 2) the five stages of the CLEAR Model and how each contributes to effective group coaching

    2. Apply (Cognitive Level 3) CLEAR in coaching contexts involving team dynamics, psychological safety, and group norms

    3. Analyze (Cognitive Level 4) how contracting, listening, and review influence group engagement and accountability

    4. Demonstrate (Psychomotor Domain) presence, deep listening, and guided inquiry techniques within coaching simulations

    5. Value (Affective Domain: Valuing) the collective coaching process as a tool for equity, co-creation, and team transformation

    Note:  The CLEAR Model is a powerful coaching framework for enhancing group experiences through five stages: Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action, and Review. To effectively achieve objectives #2 and #3, you must first reach at least Cognitive Level 2 ("Understand") as a prerequisite.

      This optional module is designed for line managers, executives, and coaching advocates who want to lead with strategy and demonstrate coaching impact at the organizational level.


      🎓 Certification Distinction

      • Learners who complete Modules 1–4 receive a certificate of completion for:
        "Coaching for Innovation – Core Track"

      • Learners who also complete Module 5 earn an upgraded distinction:
        "Coaching for Innovation – Manager & Executive Track"
